After getting numerous requests and messages from followers of my previous blog, www.lifewithoutanorexia.com , telling me that they miss my personal updates and reading about myself i have decided to maybe start being more open and personal on here as well.
My initial aim with this blog was to just keep it vegan, recipe, nutrition related. But the more i think about it, the more i realise that i miss actual blogging. When i read blogs i like reading about the person, about their day and about them… it doesnt matter if they just write about a day where they did nothing, i like the connection. But also i think it is easier to connect and follow and enjoy blogs when you make a connection with the person behind the blog. What i dont miss about my previous blog is the constant pressure i felt to always write advice posts, to always write posts related to eating disorders when i no longer felt that connection, motivation or inspiration to write about eating disorder help or advice. I felt it was draining and not what i wanted to do anymore… i wanted to move away from that and that is what i prefer about this blog, it is more open… it is new and i can write about what i want. I like that i can post recipes and nutrition advice, write about exercise without feeling like i will trigger people or write about nutrition and different changes to recipes without feeling like i will trigger someone.
So i have decided to write more about my life on here as well, so it will be a lifestyle blog but with focus on nutrition, recipes and veganism… so a bit of everything and hopefully you will continue to read and find something you like on here 🙂
