I’ve noticed that my personal posts get the most likes, views and responses which is fun – shows that you are interested in knowing more about me and my life i guess, hahah. I still love sharing recipes and posts about veganism and nutrition, but i guess i just need to accept that i will never be a “complete recipe” blog – that just isn’t for me. I want to be personal and share personal posts as well!! 🙂
I thought i would do a weekly a day in my life as it seems that these types of posts are appreciated 🙂 So here is how my day was yesterday, Saturday!
7.45 – woke up. Made coffee, ate some breakfast, checked my social media, did the dishes which i had left from dinner the previous night. (Which i usually never do, but was far too tired to wash them Friday evening).
~9.20 – Went out for a walk. (I actually woke with alot of anxiety on Saturday morning and was feeling very stressed and panicked – like i didn’t have enough time. Which seems silly now when i think about how much i have done today – i do have time! So going for a walk is a great way to destress and calm down and just plan my day and get fresh air.)
10.30 – 12.00 – Shower, cook beans, make beetroot falafel, make hummus
12.00 – 12.30 – Picture my food, check social media, eat lunch, wash all the dishes
12.30 – 14.45 – Study – Reading articles and writing my assignment
15.00-16.00 – Went to the gym.
16.00-16.45 – Went to the store, bought a few necessities, walk home
17.00 -17.45 – Snack on apples and cookies, watch an episode of Riverdale
18.00- 18.45 – Make tofu nuggets and eat dinner & watch another episode of riverdale.
19.00 – 21.00 Blogging/social media.
21.00-23.00 – Shower, get ready for bed, watch youtube
c.a 23.00 go to sleep
Sometimes it feels strange how much i can get done in a day… and other days i spend 99% of the time indoors and just lie in bed doing absolutly nothing. Someday i will pick a day where i do nothing to show you that i can spend 3 hours just lying in bed listening to podcasts or watching youtube. I am not super productive everyday and going both for a walk and the gym isn’t standard for me, usually it is just “either or”, especially the days i am in school from 8am until 4pm or 5pm. Everyday varies for me, haha. So i will just have to keep doing these weekly ” a day in my life” to show you how my days vary – and remember to not compare your day to anyone elses!!
In the past i used to feel anxious seeing how many things some people did in their day when all i had done was eat and rest, or when i saw people being extremely social and i would spend 72 hours just on my own. So don’t compare your day or your food with anyone else, everyone is different!!
Lovely post 🙂 I also like posts like this! And I think writing them helps you realise how much you actually did do, even if you feel like you didn’t do a lot. 🙂

Thank you 🙂 Its a good way to look over your day and see what you have done and achieved, but somedays when you do absoloutely nothing it can just be stressful to think about how littler you have done, haha!

Loved reading this 🙂
Some days you just don`t feel like “doing” much except for your own thing – other days are quite busy and full on, so I guess it balances out in the end.
You certainly packed a lot into your Saturday!
