When you want pizza… but MINI. Or maybe you are in charge of the appetizer for a party or dinner party… then pizza rolls is perfect. Or maybe you are making for your kids or for a delicious weekend treat!

To make this recipe i used a prebought pizza dough, which is vegan. But i am sure you can make your own pizza dough and use instead. It will most likely taste even better then 🙂
1 package prebought pizza dough (400g)
1 small can of tomato sauce
Vegan soya mince
Optional, sundried tomatoes
Vegan grated cheese
Preheat oven to 200C. Line 1 baking tray with parchment paper.
Fry vegan mince until cooked.
Spread out the pizza dough on a chopping board, or clean surface. Spread out the tomato sauce all over the pizza dough. Add the vegan mince, sundried tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper.
With the dough lying lengthwise facing you, roll tightly (like you would do with cinnamonrolls). With a sharp knife slice into small pizza pieces.
Place on the parchment paper. Repeat. Add some grated vegan cheese on top of each pizza slice
Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and eat warm!
The good thing about these pizza rolls, they work great to freeze in and reheat 🙂
