Izzy M, based in Sweden. I have a Masters Degree in Food and Nutrition Science, and a Bachelors degree in health promotion and nutrition.

Qualified health coach and nutritionist.

Some, or many of you know me as “itsahealthylifestyle” which is my social media name and prescens, where you will find delicious plantbased recipes, informative nutrition posts and a positive approach to food and health!

My belief is that food should be enjoyed. That food should not be something that causes guilt or anxiety.

However, i also understand the struggles many have with food.

I spent many of my years struggling with food and diagnosed eating disorder, where I struggled with both extreme restrition and also binge eating. So I know what it feels like to have your whole world revolve around food, wanting to control food but also being so utterly tired of food. Wanting to find balance with food – which so many talk about – but not knowing how or where to start.

So I am hoping I can help YOU in your journey towards food balance.

My goal and aim in life is to help as many people as possible refind their food balance, to let go of diets and to begin to trust their body once again. To respect their body and find joy in food again.

2016 I went vegan and have been sharing plantbased recipes since then. However as a health coach, my goal is to help YOU find your own balance and therefore my own food choices are never pushed upon anyone else. But if you do want help with going vegan or making sure you are getting all the right nutrients from a plantbased diet, then I am here to help you.
