When you listen to a podcast where a person claimed that pasta is unhealthy and veganism is unhealthy.... oh well, guess I'm unhealthy then 🙈🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ ° Food and nutrition isn't as black or white or good or bad. It's a scale... pasta may be unhealthy for some. A vegan diet may be unhealthy for some. Whereas pasta can be healthy for some and veganism healthy for some. You can't really make the statement that X food is bad for everyone. Of course.... certain diets you can claim are unhealthy overtime... but may work for a short period of time for certain people. ° It's about how you eat for the longterm and majority of time... bot certain foods you eat time to time. ° Maybe if the only thing you are eating is white pasta with ketchup it may not be healthy. But then you could make the simple swap of using wholegrain pasta or bean pasta, using stevia ketchup or crushed tomatoes and add in some spinach or vegetables of choice to your meal and you have a much more balanced and nutritious meal ° All nutritionists and dietitians can give different recommendations and advice. And things like personal diet beliefs, experiences etc can affect what advice a person gives.... even though advice should be based on scientific evidence. Tired of boring salads....? Make a super saladdressing 😍 This salad dressing is pretty much the same as the one i used for the summerolls - so check out that recipe for the ingredients! I love adding it to all my salads 😍 Or why not make hummus or a variant of hummus? 5 a day...? More like 10 a day if you're me 😂 Just in this one meal I'm eating 5 different vegetables! ° Vietnamese spring rolls. Filled with lots of vegetables and dipped in a peanut butter sauce 😍 (Peanut butter, soy sauce, syrup, lime juice & a little garlic and ginger & some water or oatcream to thin out). ° Do you struggle to get your 5 a day? ° Tip... buying frozen vegetables. Adding vegetables to as many meals as you can.
